SPORT ACTIVITIES

• Cross country skiing: 28 km of cross country pistes wind their way through La Vallée des Belleville, on 3 principal itineraries. They are suitable for both techniques, classic and skating. Free access.



• Pedestrian walks: a system of marked out and prepared pedestrian paths permit the discovery of La Vallée des Bellevilles and its riches: rivers, snowy forests, typical small hamlets, Baroque chapels... Winter pedestrian path map available at the Tourist Office.



• Snowshoe outings: thanks to the marked snowshoe itineraries, discover the winter beauty of unspoilt nature, in full security. Accompanied snwoshoe outings are organised from Sunday to Friday by the French Ski School. Tarifs ~ Half day: 27 € ~ 6 half days: 142 €.



• Dog sleigh outings: dog sleigh outings every week starting from Saint Martin. Half hour discovery outing or 1 hour outing including a visit of a restored traditional mountain mill. Tarifs ~ 1/2 hour outing: adult 33 €, child (6 to 12 yrs old): 27 € ~ 1 hour outing: adult 54 €, child (6 to 12 yrs old): 37 €.

CULTURAL ACTIVITIES

• Saint Martin Museum: situated in the heart of the village in an ancient Belleville farm, the Saint Martin Museum retraces 150 years of the history of the Commune. Through different rooms, it explains the peak of agro-pastoral civilisation in the 19th Century and the tourist revolution which started in the sixties. Tarifs ~ Adult entry: 3 €, guided visit: 4 € ~ Child under 16 yrs old: free.



• "Les Chemins du Baroque" : with the Savoie History and Art Land of the high valleys, discover Savoyard Baroque art in la Vallée des Belleville. Guided visits of Notre Dame de la Vie Sanctuary and the Saint Martin church are organised every Wednesday in winter season. Tarifs ~ One site: 5 € , both sites: 7 € ~ Child under 16 yrs old: free.



• Rendez-vous Musicaux des Belleville : throughout the winter early evening concerts take place at the Saint Martin church: classical, Baroque music, choral songs, gospel... Free entry.



• Market of flavours: taste the local flavours and meet the Savoyard producers: cheese, jam, wine, fruit juices, cured meats... Wednesday afternoon in the centre of the village.

• "La Bèla Vya", mountain spa: "La Bèla Vya" associates relaxation and natural product treatments in a warm, typically mountain environment.
