Gastronomy route
You knew that fresh air awakened your appetite, but you may not have known that there were so many ways to satisfy it. From traditional bistros to high mountain restaurants, savour our culinary specialities : fondue savoyarde or pella (potatoes with reblochon cheese), diots-crozets (Savoyard sausages and regional pasta) or raclette (melted cheese over potatoes with ham), all served with full-bodied wines. These are just a few of the specialities that come from our rich and varied land.
